Only about ten percent of products launched meet their targets and achieve successful market penetration. New product development without an effective process can lead to project delays and costly decisions. It is therefore increasingly important for marketing professionals to have an understanding of managing the risk of new innovation and ensuring the right success criteria is identified.
This two day workshop is designed to teach skills in identifying the criteria for product launch success within a given business model and category. You will understand and develop the processes for generating new ideas, products, services and concepts. Combine this with defining what success looks like to help establish the project. You will practice using forecasting models, success criteria principles, project management and measuring techniques, how to establish and lead project teams. You will learn the techniques in writing a launch recommendation, including developing the launch marketing plan, research and test plans. This training focuses on understanding the processes necessary to ensure the successful roll out of initiative launches.
